That's strange about the rear axle seals. Did the same shop do it every time? If so, they are definitely doing something wrong or their parts are no good. Did mine once and has not been a problem since

My diff breather was sealed shut when I got my Runner at 160K I'd start there.

Did they replace your rear axle bearings when replacing the seal?
