New owner saying "Hi"

Well last Sunday I went 'window shopping' at my local Toyota dealership. I was like a kid in a candy store and after 15 minutes, I caved in and began the paperwork process. I ended up bringing home an 06 SR5 V6 4WD in nautica blue. Included in the deal are floor and cargo mats, roof rack, 17" alloys, Rr spoiler, tow hitch and ball mount, side airbags/side curtains, alarm, and two free tanks of gas. All this for 27,999 and 2.9%APR financing seemed like a pretty good deal to me.

Can't wait until it is broken in so that I can go do some wheelin!

2.9% is an AMAZING rate. I just bought my wife a car and the best we could find was 5.6%...and we have very good credit. Nice job! Enjoy the T4R, best vehicle I have ever owned!

ya, i managed to get in on toyota's 2.9% rate this month as well :d my first t4r, and my first toyota... can't believe i missed these trucks all my life for nissans..!@$!#!!
 
Congrats on the new 4Runner. It sounds like you got a good deal. Wait until you get addicted to the mods you can add on to your new truck! :D

Welcome to the forum bro. I'm from San Jose too :bigok: . What dealership did you get it at? Stevenscreek, Capitol, .... ? I got mine back in Feb. and I had a choice of going with the 2.9% APR or $1500 cash back with a 5.6% APR. I chose the $1500 cash back w/ 5.6% APR, since it was the better deal imo. Did they not have that deal anymore?

Alpha, I bought my 4runner from Piercey Toyota (highly recommend them). Apparently Toyota is offering both the rebate and 2.9% financing, so I took advantage of both.


Any of you Bay Area folks know a place close to San Jose where I can test the 4wd? I don't want to make a trip to Hollister yet.
