New paint job! What color should I get?

you all know these are the best colors

Battleship grey, flat dark earth, coyote brown, foliage green...anything along those lines in matte would be awesome.

Not Me Or Somebody you don't see that color combo very often, but it does look really nice!

You guys ever peruse toyotareference.com/4runner? There is some basic info on there but what is cool is that it has all of the paint codes and what years the colors were available.

I say if you are gonna paint your truck at least choose a Toyota color, although there has never been an Orange option which is kind of a bummer!
From the 3rd gen selections I've always loved Anthracite Metallic (1A1) and Autumn Blaze Metallic (4P5) which I have never seen on the road, but my favorite color will forever be Forest Green Metallic (6J7)!

Don't listen to the other guys, just paint it pink. Think of how cool you would be, You'de be the only pink runner around!

There's a pink first gen that runs around town here, and I'm kind of jelly.

And I agree with the others, only paint it a different color if they are doing EVERYTHING. Nothing looks worse on a car than a different color engine bay IMO.

thunder cloud grey is my favorite 3rd gen color. If your going to go outside the 3rd gen colors, cement looks awesome with black rims.

I'd paint it whatever color the car came, as opening the door and seeing a new color is no good.

I'm always a fan of OEM colors. Anthracite has to be my all time favorite 4runner color closely followed by thundercloud.
