Navigation is a joke on it(maybe it would be better with the $100 upgrade card), but love the bluetooth and ipod controllability. It's a cheaper base type unit so I wasn't expecting anything amazing.

Nice ride. I have hood scoop envy! I also have the same stereo in my truck. The Metra Kit I received with mine was whacked when I tried to install it. Thanks for the link TEX, I was figuring it was going to be something tricky, as small as the gaps are.
Was yours the one that is two little side pieces or a big trim ring? I just looked up the one they are supposed to be sending me (2 little side piece kit) and it looks like it fits pretty good?
Oh and what radio were you installing?

The radio I installed was the same as the one in your picture, Pioneer U310-BT. The trim Kit was the Metra 95-8210. This is the full ring kit and is intended for vehicles that had the JBL Stereo with RDS. The problem is the botttom of the trim and the plastic brackets interfer with the stock trim. This is why the one in the http://www.toyota-4runner.org/audio-electronics/36149-urban-runner-radio-trim-ring-5.html#post489130 has been trimmed by the dealer and ABS welded to the OEM trim. If you check out other pictures in the same link you will see pictures of the two-piece Metra Kit 95-8202 as well. I believe this is for non RDS applications.
