I have owned my e-locked 2000 4Runner for about a year now. Love it so far! Definitely a lot more reliable then my previous track/street BMW ///M powered 325is. Anyways, I have a couple question about this truck. I need more power. What kind of these do you guys do on a budget for performance. I read a little about the deckplate mod. Anything else? Also I read that the tallest tire you can fit is a 265/75/16 on stock height? Although my truck is a 2000, build date is something like 7/99 i think off the top of my head. So I should have the taller ride height, no? I bought the truck in great condition from a Toyota dealer with a STACK of maint history. Runs perfect and suspension/steering is tight. So I have some mod money. Going to get some Good Year Duratracs I think for my first mod.
