I have a 2000 T4R, 4WD Limited. I had read a good bit about the rear coil sag and the Airlift 1000 air springs. I decided to go for it. Bought some good coils, took the old ones out and they had sagged about 3 inches. (I have a stock T4R with no lift kit) I had the new airlifts and put everything in. It took about two hours and that was taking my time to do it right. Ended up running the "T" air connection so I have one fill-up point for the air. I put the air stem through a hole on the driver's side rear bumper (The hole was already in the bumper from the factory). TO MY SURPRISE, I thought the Airlifts would raise and lower the vehicle by inflating vertically. When I started playing around, the real lift is when the bags inflate horizontally and spread the springs out vertically. The air feed line on the bottom of the bags don't even really touch the lower mount. So far, I am REALLY PLEASED with this set up!! I run 15 pounds in the system and it's perfect for me. I can highly recommend this modification. Much smoother ride and the vehicle no longer has that "squatty rear-end" look.
