New ride

I know this isnt a 4runner, but alot of guys here knew my 3rd gen 4runner I sold and wanted to see the truck I replaced it with. Well here it is.... it's an 02 tundra TRD Limited. it was fairly stock when I bought it with the exception of the shell(which is now off), performance products exhaust(which will be changed shortly). it came with a bedliner, bed extender, rhino liners in cab, leather, and a factory LSD. I just added the Bilstein 5100's with a topout spacer and Camburg UCA's in the front, a 1.5" block in the rear, Procomp 1079 Alloys and 285/75 Goodyear DuraTrac's. So far its been a great truck. Even tho I do sometimes miss my 4runner, how could you say no to V8 power??

I would really consider it an upgrade considering I sold the 4runner for 9K and bought this truck for 9K. 5 years newer and about 20K fewer miles is quite a good deal IMO. I cant wait to get some more upgrades done

looking good

I like those baby half doors on the earlier Tundras.

Very clean and already upgraded. We expected nothing less out of you sir.

Thanks for sharing pics of the 'new to you' ride with us. It seems well taken care of previously. And you are the kind of guy to buy from as well.

Will do. Everything so far has been pretty easy. Out of everything, the camburgs took the longest. (about 2.5 hours or so) Next will probably be the Banks exhaust catback. I will be selling my performance products catback if interested

Be sure to take care of that transmission regularly. 00-02 had the most trouble with their trans.

Reminds me much of my old tundra! If anything either stick with stock intake or Volant and just replace the stock muffler. You could spend the money saved for much better things to do to the truck.
