Hi all,
wife just got a new SR5 premium last night. we traded in her FJ, which will definitly be missed.
here is a couple of quick shots I took.
at the dealer after we had her new duratracs swapped to the 4Runner.. old rig and new rig side by side.

and after leaving the dealership, we stopped to play with our new toy.. my Tacoma is parked next to it.

mine was colin miller. i like him good guy. As for the service department i havent had a great experience with them when it came to my wife's highlander.

im in sammamish, so not able to go there for service as I drive a ton ( currently at 40K on my 13 taco) and its a pain to get up there. I use Michaels and am very unhappy with them.. 3 times I have caught them checking that they rotated my tires, when they have not ( i mark them) and had to call them out and make them fix it. another time they forgot to torque my ubolts on my rear springs after lifting my truck and my axle came loose on way from the dealer to work.. they had to flatbed it back.. I could have been killed! :wow:

I haven't had issues with the 4Runner at Rodland. Now as for the Highlander I had to have the carpet replaced due to a defect and they were kool with doing it but when I inspected the seats before leaving I found that the bolts holding the rear seat on the passenger side the bolts were half way out. I wouldn't have been mad but it was where I but the kiddos car seat so it pissed me off. So now I take it to magic in edmonds or kirkland toyota.
