Dude,
First...take the new rims to the dealer for the install. I hate to say it, but others here will probably back me up on this one...those tire pressure sensors are no joke sensitive. If you get someone who is not 100% trained on how to deal with those...you are going to spend way more money on replacing or repairing the system. Some folks have gone about just disabling the TSP light...but it is tied to the whole braking control system.

Yes they should work in the other rims since they came off another 4Runner. You'll have to get the sensors swapped into the other set of rims. You mentioned that you only got 4 Limited rims. If you ever got a flat, you might have to use the wheel that may be slightly off sized than the other 4 wheels.
Note: Be aware that your spare tire also has a tire pressure sensor.
Also, as far as I am aware the TPMS is not tuned into your brakes. It looks at tire pressure to let you know your tire is low. We have an active system. Some other vehicles have a passive system that uses the ABS sensors. When a tire is deflated, it spins slower than a correctly inflated tire. The ABS picks up that it is spinning slower and notifies you that a tire is low on air.

Disabling the low TPMS is illegal unless you are changing to an aftermarket wheel that will not ccommodate them. The TPMS is not tied into the braking system; it is a programmed pressure sensor that simply triggers an idiot light when the pressure goes down to the programmed pressure. If I'm not mistaken I think it is default triggered at approx 26 PSI. The sensors need to be moved by someone who knows the system. They cost approx $100 each and have to be programmed by the Stealer, at an additional cost, if you have to replace them. Make sure you have the right person move them and let them know that they will be responsible for them if they are damaged when moved. The spare tire should be very close the overall diameter (Check) of the 18" Limited wheels. It sould be OK the use the old spare, but check.
