New roof rack and lights mounted

Mounted my roof rack i found of CL and my hellas i bought.(still havn't wired them up yet..noob looking for help)..roof rack is a little to big so im thinking about selling it and look around some more

Lights look good! What kind of basket is that? Looks pretty damn wide on the 3rd gen.

um....the lights are pretty straight forward.....bust out all the wires, directions, and a battery....figure out how everything works, then wire it up on the vehicle...its pretty straight forward 12v stuff. ur gonna love those lights....i got mine hooked up to my highbeam relay so they turn on w the highbeamssss....AWESOME. you can see everything at night on backroads

The lights do look nice but I'm gonna have to agree on the width of the rack. It looks kinda funky being that wide. I just ordered the Rola Vortex and I think it looks great on the 3rd Gen. You can probably find someone with a 4th gen that would be interested in your rack.

just sold the roof rack to some guy with an FJ60. just wondering..how wide is the vortex?

Slap an axe, shovel and hi-lift jack up on the sides and back of that rack and it will look sweet! It just looks to wide because there is nothing on it or in it.

the vortex will look great on the top and not out of place like the roof rack u just sold... 48L x 37-1/2W x 4T are the dimensions

Hey I'll help you with those lights if you want to meet up next week...they're not bad at all. On the rack...I agree that it just looks like that cause it's empty. I'd keep it...

44" i think is too wide personally... like it will hang over like the other one u had bc mine is about the width or maybe a little more of the 4runner so i wouldnt go more then 40" for sure. 56" for the length would be fine since it would just be longer which i may end up doing to my vortex rack.
