New-Runner & Rear wiper arm fix.

I got my 4runner, about a month ago, and I'm missing the rear wiper arm, I went to the dealer and got the part numbers should cost me about 120$ for arm, blade and all. If they install it it would cost me around 180$. I'm considering alternatives, such as the junk-yard, would the arm from a second gen or 4th gen work fine on 3rd gens, if I cant find one for 3rd gens at the scrap yard.
Also I've read some write-ups on the rear-wiper arm, and most of the ones I read do not apply to me. I have posted a pic of the knob that's left on the back, I confirmed the motor works. For the winter's in Canada, the rear wiper would be a great asset.

I might as well also post a pic of my rig, let me know what y'all think bout him.

Wow $120 ouch that is very expensive i would not buy one new if i was u i would check slagve yards or in the BST section here. There easy to install my 2wd rear wipre didnt work it was waddled out so i put a new lock washer and bolt on it and it works like a charm now.

$120?! Who the heck is telling you this?

I ask because I literally just replaced the wiper blade AND the wiper arm. From the dealer, the arm cost me $50 (I didn't want to wait) and the blade was $14.

I assume that little 'knob' on the back is the splined bolt that you'll attach the wiper arm to, and then bolt it on? If so, there's no need to pay $120. And installation consisted, for me, of

1) Putting the wiper arm on.
2) Putting the bolt on.
3) Putting the spiffy cover on.
4) Putting the wiper on.

Total time elapsed: About 47 seconds.

Again, I may be missing something, but man, $120/$180?

I was surprised also, even with things being more expensive in Canada, I could not justify paying that much, and probably wont go back to the dealer, who made me wait over 2 hours for an oil change I could have done myself, as I have no garage and it was -20, doing an oil change myself was out of the question.
I'll go in search of an arm and follow the steps as listed, I don't think it should be too complicated.

Also apart from maintenance, which I have lots to do, because I don't know if the PO changed anything on the vehicle, what mods would you suggest would be good for my rig?
