New runningboards installed, pics inside.

Here you go guys, mine came in this morning and spent about an hour to install.

Opening the box and sorting the hardware

Well packed with plastic to protect the chrome finish

Existing brackets. Remove the 2 bolts using 12mm then replace with included hardware using 13mm. Very simple

New brackets mounted over the existing brackets

3 brackets per side installed

Bottom side of the runningboard. Slide 6 bolts in the track and pop em right on top of the bracket. Very easy to line up.

Driver side installed. My truck needs a wash...

You have to remove this little plastic angle in order to properly place the runningboard.

By the way, if any of you are looking for all weather mats for the 5th gen, my old ones from the 4th gen fits almost perfect.

Nope, Servco parts didn't even have a part number for them so I bought them online from a dealer in South Carolina.

Question

Hawaiian, Nice Job! I'm installing mine now and have a question. there's a rubber flap on the end of the running board. Did you bend that flap downward when installing or did you push it back behind the frame of the truck? I pushed mine back hind the frame and it looks good but I'm not sure if it's correct.
