We've had our T4R SR5 for about 1 month now. Its pretty nice and we're pretty happy with it. Since I didn't wan't to spend upwards of $37k to get a Limited we wound up with an SR5 model. The options are rather sparse on this model compared to our previous cars. So its taken a little getting used to.
But we decided that we wanted to get seat covers in order to protect the seats. And the kids really wanted to get a DVD player for when we take long trips (usually at least 3 times a year). Trying to decide on a DVD player really wasn't easy. There just doesn't seem to be much info on whats good or whats bad with them. I eventually decided on getting an Alpine overhead unit (it was the only one local that I could actually see playing movies). I'm pretty happy with the player itself. Its small and the screen is a bright 10.2" unit. The one thing that I don't like is that it isn't securly mounted to the roof. I would have hoped for something a little sturdier. It is only mounted to the headliner. So I feel like I have to get my kids to be extra careful when lowering the screen.
The seat covers are by wet okole. We just had them installed today, and they look pretty nice. We originally were planning on going with something a little more sedate which matched the interior of the car. But when we got to the wet okole show room we were pretty impressed by the black covers with the bold piping. Its not quite as bold as it appears in the photos below (the contrast is up because of the flash unit on the camera). One thing about the seat covers that I wasn't expecting is the pretty awful chemically smell that they have. I assume that this will go away on its own, I just hope it doesn't take too long.
