Most quietest all terrain tire there is and its rated #1 in all categories.
But I think those new shoes need some new black socks if your gonna call it Big Black, and black emblems...murder it out with some plasti dip then it respectfully earns big black.

Yes stock hight. So far, no rubbing. But that's on road. Haven't had it off road yet but it looks like it should clear just fine.

I have heard BFGs in other sizes are smaller than advertised. Maybe so in 275x70x17 as well?
There is no way a true 275x70x17 fits with stock suspension without mudflap removal and moving the fender liners forward. That's necessary even for 265x70s.
Makes you question BFGs and their claims.

BFG KO's are definitely smaller. Marshall posted up the difference in one of these threads. I really want to know exactly how much different the 275 are vs. the 285's in terms of fuel economy (I know its a gnats dick hair of difference) and rubbing with a 3" lift. Lots of guys are going the 275 route these days so it has me thinking……

That's completely not true and is the opposite actually everyone knows bfg's run on the larger side of the scale especially in the width dept always have because of the more box shape of tire...I work for a tire company and thats a false statement.
I have KO2's and had another set of KO2's I got the day they were released 265/75/16 also when my truck was stock height and I had to remove my front mudflaps and pushed the liners forward cause of major rubbing.
He rubs or he hasn't fully turned that steering wheel yet if he is stock height. thats for sure.
I am going off of a few threads I have seen on here from folks saying the BFGs run smaller. Do a quick search and you'll see the threads.
That's for sure. 275x70x17 - that's impossible to run with stock height and no trimming.

What did you do, drive home in a straight line from the tire shop without turning your steering wheel? :wink2:

I was out of town. Tire shop said it fit. Someone picked it up and said it was all good. Lol

Just saw this and not sure why people's mentions aren't linking to my account anymore...
Been seeing some more Knoxville trucks on here lately. Maybe I'll have a chance at spotting some other users in the area now. Seems like the west coast guys always spot each other :lookout:

i think next year there should be a meet at overland expo. it was fun but i only talked to one person at the expo on here.
that mud was crazy
it was really wet so it was great to make a fire
