V8 AWD 4EVR

My 2011 Limited 4WD needs a new suspension. The factory XREAS system is leaking, and the cost to replace is several thousand dollars.
I have searched this and other forums, and just cannot figure out what suspension would be a good replacement.
I do not really want to go with a big lift, something like the factory TRD Pro Bilstein suspension with minimal lift would be fine. I’d like to use my 20 inch OEM wheels with almost new Toyo AT tires, and maybe replace wheels and tires down the road 20k miles.
If I get a Bilstein 5100 set up all around will it be about the same lift as a TRD Pro? Is it adjustable? If I have it installed at TRD Pro height is that permanent or could I raise it later for bigger tires? Biggest I would go is likely 275 or 285s.
