New Suspension Made for 4th Gen 4Runners

I just wanted to spread the word on a new suspension option you might look into which is been specifically designed for the 4th gen 4runners.

I personally have been using this setup for a few months and the ride and handling on & off road is better then stock. I have tried daystar spacers to 2.5 SAW and non compare to the Overland Warehouse/Radflo Suspension setup.

The OW setup uses 2.5 CO front with 700lb coils and Custom rear springs with 2.5 shocks and bump stops.

i highly recommend this setup to anyone, i have one of the very first production kits. ive been running the full kit for about 4 months and im so incredibly happy with it, it absolutely blows my OME suspension outta the water!!! the ride is very comfortable onroad and performs amazingly offroad

the kit was relatively easy to install, basically plug and play! thats the beauty of coilvers because the front end is already assembled. the 700lbs coils support the heavy load up front with my shrockworks bumper/dual battery/etc and also support my rear nicely when heavily loaded or just driving on the street

You will love the ride on road and how the setup handles off road. I use my Runner as a DD and commute to work everyday and on the weekends I take it off road as often as I get a chance.

The developers on this suspension are actual members of clubs like you and I, they have tried it all from daystar spacers to Icon/DR suspension but non have been fine tuned to a 4Runner. The base of the system is designed by Radflo Racing Suspension's which mainly make units for off road racing, with this platform and the knowledge of the setup developers they combined custom coils and springs to create the perfect setup for the 4runner in all mod stages.

Niiiiiiiiice! How do you keep rust away from them?

Update: I PMed Bulldog and this is the what he sent me.

The shock bodies are cadmium coated which provides great corrosion protection. The shafts are nitrosteel which are corrosion and chip resistant. So overall very well protected from the elements. People in the rust belt however should clean the shocks form time to time in the winter to make sure they look their best.

Fox, King, etc also use cadmium coating for corrosion resistance. The majproity of problems was with shocks from other guys not coated properly.

Yes it does here is the details.

The front is adjustable for 1-3.5" of lift, and the rear approximately 2-2.5" of lift. Both front and rear uses 2.5" body shocks with internal floating pistons for fade free performance on challenging and long trails. We use this setup on our own trucks with excellent results! The key is matching valving, coils and weight requirements for an all-round matched system.
