new suspension

I'm here in good ol' Arizona and I have a 98 T4R and it still has the factory suspension. I'm going to replace it with OME shocks but I dont know if I have to or need to get OME coil springs to accompany the new shocks. If I do have to get new springs does anybody know how I can buy them at a discount? I buying the shocks off toytec.com and will likely get the springs from there as well if it comes down to it.
