New timing belt and main seals

Having the timing belt done on my 2001 next week. They offered to do the camshaft and main seals for an extra hundred bucks. I haven't seen any issue with these going out but also don't want to pay twice for getting to them. Any thoughts on doing these at the same time?

I am doing the crankshaft seal and front camshaft seals when I do mine in the spring. 50 bucks is the actual price of the parts and 50 dollars for labor is pretty standard for the shortest period (1 hr) they can charge.
