New Tires And Rims

I Am looking at buying some new tires and rims for my 02 runner. i think i found the rim i want but its a 17in wheel the specs for the rims are a
DEJ - Cannon
Part Number: ARE1091-78583
17x8.5, 6 on 5.5 Bolt Pattern;Backspacing = 4.5;Offset = -6;Hub Centric = No;Center Cap Included = No;Finish = Diamond Cut Alloy

i want to fit the biggest tire i can but the only specs i can find on this site are a 265/75/r16 and i know thats for a 16 in rim. Will some one please advise me on what size tire i can fit with this rim. or if this rim will even fit on a stock 2002 runner.

well with a lot of searching and reading i think i may have answered my own question it seams like a 265/70/17 is the same as a 265/75/r16 can any one verify this for me.

also can any one verify that this would fit with out rubbing.

I ran a 275/70/17 on a 17x9 rim with 4.5 BS. I did not have any rubbing issues but I also have about 2-2.5 inches of lift. I belive that 265/70/17 would fit fine on a stock height 4runner.

It should - just be sure to check the "center bore" size of the rim as well.
 
also can someone clarify what
Backspacing = 4.5 and Offset = -6 are and if those are the right size
