New tires installed...Hankook Dynapro ATM

The Terra Grappler is a very nice looking tire... I do wonder how the road noise is with that tire and I can't seem to find warranty information on it. Is it not warranted? That's never a good sign

I'm not finding any warranty info either, that's surprising. I'm sure there are other great tires out there, but I don't have personal experience with them so others will have to chime in on that.

This sums up my feelings on the tire as well. I agree 100% with everything ARK said about their aging performance. The tread life will far outlast the tire's actual performance. I only have 20k+ on mine right now and I'm already seeing these problems, particularly the increased noise.

Just a fyi, I've replaced my hankooks. Measured tread depth when I took them off, I still have over 50% left. That's pathetic considering the performance. I have rose on slicks that provide more traction.

I replaced them with Goodyear Duratracs. They are way more aggressive but yet still much quieter than the Hankooks.

I'll post an update in my build thread once I put more miles on them. I didn't buy these to be quiet, that's just an added bonus. With a tire of this design, I expect some noise, especially as they age. Its early yet, but they are much quieter than the Hankooks they replaced.

I've never measured width, but I'd say pretty close. The Firestone Destination AT is a great tire, I like them much better than my Hankooks. Bridgestone Revos also get great reviews, but they're a little more expensive. No personal experience with them, but Nitto Terra Grapplers seem to be pretty well liked and are a little more aggressive.

Did you buy the Destinations? That's what I'm probably going to get. They have good reviews and people here seem to like them.

No, but my dad has ran them on his Tundra for the last 8 years and they've been great tires, just not as aggressive as i wanted so I went with the Goodyear Duratracs.
