new tires- revo 2 load question

i'm purchasing new tires to replace my stock ones (which are practically bald) and after long deliberation, i discarded my first and most wishful idea of getting BFG AT KOs due mainly to the reason that i'm mostly on-road and very rarely off-road. My choices were between the Bridgestone Revo2s and the Nitto TGs. I'm leaning toward the Revo2s, but i'm kinda confused about the load range. There is an E rated LT tire and an SL tire. I won't be doing much towing- just regular daily driving and grocery getting with the occasional off-roading for fun. I'm sure many people on this forum have experience and expertise that will help me here. So what is my best option and why? Thanks in advance.

i went with the nittos, and so far i am loving them. i went with them cause they are the all around tire that i narrowed it down to. i just did a trip to cali, about 800 miles round trip and they were excellent. a little louder than the usual, but i couldnt tell unless i was listening for it. it did rain, which i was excited for to see how well they handled, and to be honest i couldnt even tell the road was wet. they do well in soft dirt. i havnt had the chance to take em really off roading yet, but so far so good. as for the tow load, which i know was your main question, im not too sure on that. but i just thought i would give you my opinion on the nittos.

The load range has to do with the weight carrying ability of the tire. The E will have more plies or more layers making it stronger and able to carry more weight, which also requires more air pressure than a standard load tire. The additional layers make the tire itself heavier than the standard load and stiffer. The light truck (LT) E load tires are typically used by people who off road and want a more puncture resistance sidewall, tow heavy loads, or carry heavy payloads. You'd probably be best staying with the standard load (SL).
