New Tires

I have a 2007 LTD 4x2 that is mainly used for hwy driving. I drive about an hour a day. I'm now in need of new tires and have been researching the Michelin brand mostly. Is the speed rating on these tires a big deal? I really liked the reviews on the M/S2 and the Latitude Tour tires. Both had great reviews and were available in my size. The only problem is the speed rating for each is a T and my 4 Runner recommends an H rating. Anyone have any adivce for a first time tire purchase?

T rating: 118mph
H rating: 130 mph

Seeing how our rigs CAN'T go that fast, I'd say the speed rating doesn't matter. I have the Michelins LTX M/S2. They are excellent although pricey.
