I just purchased a 2002 4Runner with 98,000 miles. This is my first toyota and I have heard good things about this truck. Are there any problems I need to be looking out for??? The truck seems as tho it has been taken care of. When I brought it I did a carfax and it has only had 2 owners. Coming from a ford anything has to be better...Is this a good truck??? Did I make a good decision????

Yep, good decision.
If you just want a good family vehicle, commuter, camping vehicle or rock crawler the 4runner will do it.
The first thing you want to do is learn the transfer case (4 wheel drive system).

You have a center diff lock. It locks the front and rear driveshafts together for better traction. Un-locked it will allow the 4wd to slip more allowing you to drive on less slippery surfaces without binding.

I would go over the Tutorial & Documentation sticky as well as the Buyer's Guide Sticky (it has a lot of good info in it even if you already own one). Any loose ends, come back here and give a shout and I'm sure someone here will be able to answer you.

Thanks I am going to have to read up on the 4 wheel drive stuff. I have no idea what it is used for or how to use it. Here in Memphis we dont get a lot of snow but we do get ice, so I need to learn how to use it for sure.
