New to 4runners

I just bought a 1999 SR5 V6 about a week ago thing looks brand new on the inside and out. Only upgrades are enkei wheels up grade and the full tow package with the wiring harness and trailer brake thing on the inside. I'm looking to to fix her up alittle maybe get alittle better power and best MPG and some nice looking outside upgardes. What do you guys think i should do first and here is what she looks like

The stock in radiator transmission cooler/lines are prone to failure which allows the transmission to be contaminated/filled with antifreeze and water, often causing complete tranny failure with rebuilds/replacements. I am going through one as we speak. Buy and install or have a shop install an aftermarket tranny cooler in front of radiator and bypass the stock in radiator unit ASAP. It will be well worth the 100 bucks or so take care of it. The more miles the higher the chance you will have problems, although some never do, it really is silly to not do this simple insurance policy.
