New to Alignment...

Soooooo, reading quite a bit I have a quick question to get a better understanding of some of the mechanics of a “post lift” alignment.

Have a DayStar 3/2 (I know...not really a lift but it’s what I have for now) , newly installed 285 /70s. Stock UCA is pretty far down as it is now.

So after getting the new tires installed, I noticed some positve camber that I had not seen before (even a tad bit in the rear). If I take it for an alignment and ask them to get me back to “0” for the camber, is that going to want to push the UCA even further down? My thought says yes but I’m not certain. I would kost def need adj UCAs if that’s the case to get less stress off of that ball joint. Plus I don’t want $1k in tires to start wearing unevenly right out of the gate.
