New to me 2002 SportEdition 4wd

I picked up this fine machine earlier today:
2002 Sr5 Sport Edition 4wd w/220K miles / 1owner, 1 rear end accident
It was driven by an elderly gentleman for 14 years.

I have been looking for a 4runner for the past few months. Many of them were either neglected or overpriced. When coming across this one, the things that mattered: clearn autocheck/carfax (1 rear end accident), minimal owners, california car, 0 rust, good paint, and an interior without scratches. Unfortunately, the timing belt was last done at 101K so I will have to cough up to take care of that. The driver's door lock doesn't work and I realized some dash lights are out. Not too shabby. I'm usually pretty anal about fixing stuff like this, but will probably let it all slide (except the door lock).

While having the car smogged, I found out the cat converter had been replaced, so thats something I can not worry about too.

I plan to use it as my adventure car: beach trips, haul bicycles, road trips, light off-roading to camp/hike, etc.

This is my second toyota. I had a 2005 MR-2 Spyder which I sold 4 years back.

Sweet ride. Mine was EXACTLY the same, just with 234k on it when I got it back in April. It's a sweet truck that I'm sure you'll enjoy for many miles to come.

The goal is to split use between my other car. I routinely will drive it to work and grad school. Additionally, I want it capable to go on light trails. Currently I've been using it to haul my bike and surf board.

Some more info: I paid $4900 for it, however my wallet lightened very quickly after I handed this shopping list to my mechanic:
-New Timing belt, waterpump, tstat, gaskets (bought from aircabinman on ebay)
-New Radiator (preventative)
-New Radiator Hoses (preventative)
-New Fuel Filter (probably had the original)
-Oil Change
-Brake Flush
-PS Flush w/redline fluid
-Coolant flush w/toyota red coolant
-Redline fluids in Front, Center, Rear Diffs
-Redline grease on drive shafts

On the list:
-Transmission Flush (fluid looks good, so I'm going to be ballzy and flush it)
-Fix a cracked intake hose
-Fix combination switch (left signal doesn't always work, so needs a good clean inside)
-Balance tires
-Install Scion P1819 radio (I choose this radio because the location of the stock radio makes for a poor experience for a touch screen. Of the options of aftermarket double din non-touch screen radios, the buttons are too tiny and feel cheap. Additionally, I wanted HD radio. The toyota harnesses add almost $100 to the cost, so this isn't as cheap of an option as I thought going in)
-New Front door speakers
-Sub and amp (not sure. I need to find a sub in a tiny enclosure to squeeze out of the way). I thought of trying to slip a JBL Basspro SL somewhere, but at that cost, I can assemble a more powerful and versatile amp/sub system.
