Very nice rig and great web site. I added it to my favorites. I have a question, well actually two. I noticed you have a Hilux Surf, not a 4Runner. Did you buy it over seas or do you live over seas? I know the Hilux Surf is the same as the 4Runner. If you brought in to the States, did you have to modify it? OK, I lied, I have three questions. I saw your deck plate, I have read other people having one. What exactly does it do? It seems to me to restrict air flow to perhaps have a richer mixture, or does that deck plate increase air flow? I guess that is more like 5 or 6 questions. Sorry about that.

I bought the emblems from burtmanindustries.com . It just gives that "unique look" that you would think it is from Japan 
(but the VIN does indicate that is from Japan)
If you want to learn more of the "deckplate mod", I suggest you go to yotatech.com and do a search on it. It has been discussed so many times and you will see different views on it.
