Hey all,

Just thought I would drop in and say hey for the first time - just registered yesterday. Currently driving a 2000 4Runner SR5 4WD, and it is a very strong and reliable vehicle (with about 145,xxx Miles). This vehicle was handed down to me by my father. I really don't know much about what was done to it other than having the 265/70/16 tires and brembo front rotors. I haven't done anything to it yet but I do plan on doing a bit of interior lighting and maybe adding a decent sound system (don't know if I need to put on a flame suit after saying that around here :biggrin2:). I really dont plan on getting it setup for the off-road (or even off-road look) since I'm here in Jacksonville. I don't have any good pics of it yet except this one which was taken about a year ago with my 05 GSXR600:

Welcome! Good looking rig and an awesome looking GSXR. I used to have one BACK in the day. Love the flat black.

Cool, another Floridian! Welcome aboard. Hope you change your mind about off roading.

Welcome! This forum is nothing like pirate4x4. Lots of us like to wheel, but stereo talk and interior mods are just as popular around here as off roading so don't be shy or worry about getting flamed. Nice 4runner!

Thanks for the greetings everyone!

I do like the off-road look for the 4Runners, but being realistic at the moment its not one of my top priorities (even though I live in a dirt road, how ironic). Getting on track days with the GSXR is more of the current food on the stove thats cookin (tires, leathers, and track day tickets). The mods on the GSXR are pretty much complete and setup for track, so I'll have a bit of cash for some minor stuff for the 4Runner.

I have accent lighting on the GSXR by Oznium and I plan on using the same company to do some conservative foot-well lighting (cool-white 6000k look) with some LEDs. I need a new stereo headunit since the OEM one can't play CDs anymore and the backlighting is a bit messed up. When I do that I plan on doing a write-up for shiz and giggles.
