Heh, its safe. Kinda sad when we can't trust anyone anymore.

Thanks, It is a friend who is putting together a Adventure travel site that is geared toward people like.... well myself. I do not fit into what I call the traditional category that many of the sites and magazines seem to cater to.
I am all about the trip, the gear, the destination, the people and the sites along the way. I do not need to climb the biggest rock or bogg the deepest hole to enjoy the off-road experience.
Many of the magazines and sites write about trips that are just way too extreme for people like myself to take on. While I would love to someday spend months exploring the wilds of Africa or South America, it is just not something that fits into the budget( mainly time).
But long weekend, or single week trips, with all the planning already laid out for me would be awesome. The site is geared toward that. It is a new site so the info is still being gathered but the plan is to have it archived so users can access all the info on each destination as they need it. also providing GPS information, historical sites, USGS maps, and more.
Like a on stop shop for your expo-travel planning. At least that is the way I understand it.
