New TRD 16" Wheels by Toyota

Browsing the web for new wheels this afternoon and came across these beauties:

They market them as an option for the FJ Cruiser but I'd imagine they'll work for a 4Runner as well.

Anybody tried them yet or have more details such as width. I can't seem to find any specs.

Man, you don't have to be so mean. ;-)

I'd like to see them from an angled perspective and with some AT tires on them. Toyota markets these as an off-road option for the FJ.

Not mean, just an honest opinion. They do look very flat, almost like a hub cap. Maybe they look better on a vehicle.

Yeah, I am not digging them much either. Look like they are made of plastic. Like something you might see on a Tonka truck or something.

It's expensive as hell but if you can afford a few grand on just the wheels by all means give em a run for your money! It will fit btw so don't worry about the offset/backspacing stuff.

Expensive??? They are only $130 a piece and my tires are 16" already so I can just swap them over.

Anyway, I think I like the Ivan Stewart TRD Wheels better. Just thought it would be cool to share something interesting I found while browsing the web.

Are you sure they're only 130 each? I was under the impression that it was in the several hundreds (i.e. 3-400 range / per wheel).

Wow, that's not bad at all. I would get it. They look good IMO.

I think they look kinda cool , would love to see a set on a 4R. As far as price goes I think the price is great compared to aftermarket wheel's on the market.

I've never seen the Ivan Stewart wheel's though either.

Where did you find that picture? It looks very similar to the pic I found but hard to tell. Can anyone confirm if this is the same wheel?

Its the same. A while ago I was researching this wheel to put on my 05. I googled the part number and I came across both pics.

Alright everyone, I have done some photoshopping (not very good at it) and grafted the FJ TRD and Ivan Stewart TRD wheels onto my truck. What do you think?
