Well wish me luck! I just ordered the 2002-2005 grill with the Raptor lights, mainly cause I got tired of searching for the grill without the lights, haha. I paid the extra 99 bucks for air express. Lets see how long this takes now....

Here's mine installed. Was easy to get the old one off but putting the new one on was a bear for me. I think my hood may have been bent some cause I had to pound the grille on the left side so the nuts would go on the screws. The seal was also fun. Got mine from Modern Toyota.... All in all am satisfied with it.

Thanx... Got it from Etsy. It is attached by two flat pieces of metal that have been screwed on with nuts and lock washers. It didn't come with the lock washers but I put them on to make sure it didn't come off. I also painted the metal plates so you can't see them thru the grill..
 
That looks pretty great! Nice work, the clear coat looks really good. Did you have a hard time with the grille bolts? Mine are all rusted and I know they're all going to snap off if I try to remove mine (already attempted once to paint the chrome)...

OP - Great find! Thanks for sharing this info, I've had my eye on one of these for a while but haven't been able to justify the cost for a cosmetic mod. Haha.

For those who have ordered, what were shipping costs? Alibaba doesn't seem to give you an idea. I'm in NE and wondering how absurd it'll be.
 
My bolts were not rusted cause I live in South Louisiana. The only problem I had was getting a couple to slide out of the housings on the old grille. As for the new grille I added some silicone to the back of the head of the bolts to keep them in place while I installed the grille. That done I just had to pound on the left side of the grille a little to get it to seat. Other than that good to go. Did 3 coats of clear coat on it and waxed it with some silicone car wax before I installed it.
 
Ok as for shipping costs I opted to have it sent by air. Cost me an additional 126 dollars but I got it in about 3 weeks. Did this cause of the backup in the ports and guys waiting months to get theirs. Total bill for me was 204.00. Didn't really save much but oh well..
 
Here she is on an '03 V8 sport
I managed to get the V8 emblem to fit in there with a little bit of trimming. I'll post more shots tomorrow in the daylight.
