New Tundra Bilstein 5100 Question

Just tried installing some of the Tundra bilstein 5100's with the part number 24-261425. I will be pairing with Eibach coils from Toytec. The Bilsteins only come with a single bushing for the top and per their instructions it only shows one bushing installed on the top of the coilover top cap. The lower one is not shown in the instructions. After getting the spring installed on the shock, there is a gap between the washer seat on the shock stanction and the top cap?

Should I be using the old bushing between the shock and top cap? Or did I get the wrong shocks?

I checked Sonoran Steel and per their website they have the older part number 24-188265.

I had the same issue here but didn't realize it tell I had removed the old one. So I just used the new bushing between the shock and top mount and reused the one above the top mount. Not only that, but my dust boot wouldn't fit inside the OME 881s. So I had to cut it off and just use the metal shim that was attached to the boot. I was a little worried but had no choice. But so far I've been really happy with them and the ride is great!
