New User - 1994 4Runner SR5

So, I'll introduce myself right quick, my name is Heather and I live in the cozy little state known as Delaware.

On November 4th I picked up an amazing little 1994 4Runner, with only 71K miles on it, from the original owner, it's an automatic, PERFECT condition. And only $4,000. We've known the guy I bought it from since he had it and he never had any issues with it. An issue I was having though was, when I was trying everything out I noticed that the front washer fluid was pink,and the back fluid was blue. Naturally I decided to investigate to find the rear washer resevoir. I failed. I was wondering if you could help me with that problem?

If anyone has an idea I'd greatly appreciate it! Thanks so much.

Hello and welcome! Sounds like you found quite a nice truck, and for such a great deal! You should definitely post some pics and show it off. I know there is only 1 bottle for front and rear washer fluid, so i am not sure why they would spray different colors. Only guesses are that its an optical illusion or the fluid in the rear hose has been sitting there for so long it has discolored.

They're probably spraying different colors because fluid going to the rear has a long way to travel and the reservoir was probably just refilled with the blue stuff, so the other color will eventually get all used up. The front washer pump is dead on mine, so I'm just replacing them both since the reservoir is out anyway. Then I'll be squirting blue stuff on my windshield too!
