Howdy. I'm Pete. I purchased a Galactic Gray 2004 4Runner Sport Edition 4.7L V8 4WD in mid Feb, and I LOVE it! I've been searching around the forum for a bit and finally decided to register and make a post to introduce myself. I'm not really into off-roading, my wife and I recently had our first child (which is awesome, and I think everyone should experience it 
) and this is also why we purchased a 4Runner, its a reliable vehicle and we feel safer transporting our baby in it, and is great for hauling stuff.
Its all stock right now, and I don't have a lot of plans for performing mods to it, mostly due to costs and the fact that I feel no need since I don't do off-roading, but I have replaced the factory stereo. This one has the JBL Synthesis system, and I have replaced the head unit with a Pioneer DEH-P7200HD, which is pretty cool. I would like to have installed a DVD/Nav system, but am trying to save money here and there, and I really don't need that kind of a system.
I've been reading the forum and have decided to do the fog mod, where they work independently, and with high beams. I have the materials, I plan on doing the mod tonight or tomorrow afternoon. I have also decided, from what I've read on the forum so far, to keep my stock CAI.
I will eventually replace all the interior lighting with white LEDs instead of that orange/amber crap Toyota decided to put in there. I've seen the thread for how to do it and I feel perfectly capable. Its just a matter of me finding the time to do it and gather up the proper LEDs. I think that will look great with the blue lights from my new head unit.
