New Water Pump, squealing noise

New Water Pump, Whirring noise

Thought i was done with this job, not so much. Installed a brand new Gates water pump, already regret it. No noise when i installed it and tested everything out putting in the old studs. Now 2 days later the water pump is making this noise: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NyEVXL7_6Os

Is it a bad water pump? What could be causing that? No leaks at all since install.

Put the belt back on this morning and it still made the noise (not that i thought it wouldn't but a guy can hope). It's almost like whirring noise. do i need to do this job over again?

its hard to tell by the video, but its sounds like the bearings are shot.

unless the fins are rubbing, I would say that WP is bad.
