They have been selling that set-up on eBay for a while, also with a K&N filter.

Just went back onto ebay just now. Whatcha think? Is it worth anything

I'm not sure about the carbon fiber filter, but with the K&N, it looks like a good buy. I just installed a TRD high perf. OEM replacement ($50).
