Very nice upgrade.

Mine came with custom rims and ko2s 275 55 r20's didn't rub until I put back the front OE mud flaps; due to leaf fling on the front door & running boards. In the hopes of saveing the paint from gravel chips mud etc and am considering clear film or wider mud flaps.Take-er for a spin in the mud at 30 mph and you'll get a good idea if it'll need further protection ... I see you have the additional appearance mud flaps does that protect the fling?

I noticed this on my older Pathy with 265 75's ko's; gave it a nice lift but seemed to throw the gravel at the vehicle more.

Thanks! My local 4wheel parts said customers have complained about steering wheel vibration from the 275 BFGs. Glad yours aren't giving you that.

I recently got some new Grabber atx put on. I didn't find very many reviews on them, but decided to try them out. They have been awesome! Drove through a big snow/ice storm the other morning and these things did great! No issues with losing traction on the unplowed, ice covered roads. They ride very smooth and quite. 265 70 17 in standard load. Great tire so far

Just picked my truck up for from the shop. Very happy with my choices. FN Countersteer Type-X and Cooper AT3 4S 265's - standard load.

Also, according to my calculations, I shaved over 8 lbs. per corner versus the stock limited wheels and Yoko Geolandars.

Good to see a few people giving the Grabber ATXs a go. I've had KO2s for the last 70k miles and I'm about due for some new tires again. Been giving the ATX a serious look. Can't make up my mind between those, the AT3W or just stick with BFG.
 
I’ve had AT3Ws and I loved them way more than my KO2s, which are fine but not impressive (285/70-17).

I’m really interested in these Generals. They looks absolutely sick, OP. Any updates pics?

No new pics.I have had these General's on now a few months and I am very impressed with them.They balanced great no wheel shake whatsoever and are wearing good.Really are good in the snow and ice also.I work for a tire company and I like BFG stuff I have a set of 285/70/17 BFG muds on my FJ and love them but for the AT the price difference alone between the BFG and General was enough to give the General's a shot and glad I did!The General's were $47 a tire cheaper than the BFG.I have had some feedback from customers on the General's and have yet to get any bad feedback.

I'll give a quick update on the Grabber ATX. After a few hundred more miles in mostly snowy conditions I have to say these tires have been fantastic! I was hoping they would at least be decent, but they have more than exceeded my expectations! Again, ride is very smooth and quiet even at highway speeds. In adverse weather conditions they have been very confidence inspiring! I have not taken a hit in mpg, granted I have stock size in standard load. Can't say a whole lot about in the dirt/mud yet, as everything has been under snow for months now. But I am very confident they will do just fine. I think for those that spend most of their time on road and in places that receive good amounts of snow, but also don't want to worry about getting out in the boonies, these tires should be towards the top of your list. Highly recommend
