New Wheels and Exhaust added *pics*

I have had the 4runner a little over 2 weeks now and all I can say is I love it. So far I have tinted the windows, put on the new wheels and installed the TRD exhaust. I also have the Solara Nav unit sitting on my desk to be installed Monday. Let me know what you guys think.....Thanks!

NICE! I'll keep an eye out for a "Stormtrooper" 4Runner when I'm in the Ashburn area :cool:

I like the dark wheels...dont know if i would have gone fully black on them but a gun metal maybe but it does look good
 
Can you take an up close pic of the wheels? Also what kind of wheels and tires(Size also)? Price (if you don't mind)
 
I personally don't care much for the black wheels on the white truck (I also own the exact same truck), but I DO LOVE THE DUAL EXHAUST! How much did it cost you? Where did you get it? How long did it take to install?

Have you noticed any improvement in performance/gas mileage?

P.S. You better get a front license plate on that thing if you're going to drive through Loudoun County.

I can take a close up pic of the wheel tomorrow maybe. They are made by Ace Alloy(T1 SUV Black). They are size 20 x 9.5. The package price with tires mounted, balanced and shipped to my door was $1882.

Most people wouldnt go for the black on white theme but I wanted a total different look then everyone else. I know its a little funky but so far im loving it.

The exhaust is a TRD and the exhaust note is soooo sweet. It has a perfect deep rumble just cruising around then gets mean once you pump the gas.

I havent used a front license plate in years around here, I like to live on the wild side lol....
 
i'm usually not a fan of a totally black wheel, so the fact it has a 'raw' metal lip offsets the black and looks great. the only beef i'd have is the 'raw' colored center cap. that looks a little weird. overall though i'm diggin' it!

I was thinking about painting those gloss black to match the wheels but I havent decided yet. Although I do think it might look better!
 
Those rims look great, the black works well with the white of the truck. Dual exhaust are awesome, I am assuming they are high flow exhaust. Where did you buy them from and do you feel any increase in horepower at all?

One other question, is the standard factory exhaust on the 4runner all stainless?

TRD Exhaust

I see that you have a Sport Edition V8... did you have to remove your spare tire to make the TRD exhaust fit? I'm still waiting to hear that TRD fixed this problem so we can all get a quality exhaust system without compromises.

Thanks for the compliment, the wheels are really starting to grow on me. I bought the exhaust from Carson Toyota in Cali, you can find them on the web at www.newtoyotaparts.com

I'm not really sure about increase in power, maybe a little. My runner only has about 1100 miles so its just now getting broken in. Im not sure exactly what the factory exhaust is made from.

That's a great price for the set...they're the exact set I've been wanting. Care to disclouse which website/establishment you got that set from ?
