New wheels and tires for 2nd gen

I have recently acquired a '95, in great condition. what really got me is the guy who bought it before me got BRAND NEW tires and wheels before he sold it to me. They are the stock ones, but brand new. Retails 230 a pop, plus 110 for each tire. Now heres the thing. I don't like the tires (Goodyear Wrangler RTS) and could get get at least 80 per tire. If I sold the whole set, wheels and tires for lets say $1000, could I find new wheels and tires for that price, preferably under? For tires, I am mos def settled on General Grabbers AT/2, now for wheels, I'm not sure what I like and looking for ideas from you guys. TIA.

EDIT: The center caps are new too, retails for 35 a pop.

Off topic, but how much did you pay for your 4Runner?

KBB says 6k for good condition for private owner sale, since it has been sitting for 3 months and the deals fell through I told him 4k, take it or leave it, he said no, but i gave him my number just in case. He called back a few days later, saying he'll compromise for $4,200. Def a good deal. He was a fixer though, one who buys cars and trailers and fixes them up. but everything is in great shape. 93k miles, prem. audio with CD, security from Toyota, 4WD, V6, rear heater, there were two leaks one on the front and rear diff. The front was fixed by a mechanic, the back I'll do myself. VERY good deal, meant to be, have been looking for over a year since I got my license.

Now back OT. lol. Do you know of any wheels that would fit on this? trying not to spend over what i sell them for. I have no problem having the car sit for a few days at the most.

What do you guys think of the General Grabbers? Any opinions? Better tires in the same price range?

You can buy those rims (4) for about $200 with caps and proper lug bolts. They can be polished up to look like new with some elbow grease. IMHO Yours look to be either cleaned up ones or aftermarket reproductions (too shinny to be OEM new ones). So ya might get $500 for the complete set - can't buy much to replace for that.

I beg to differ, when looking closely these are defiantly somewhat new. They clearly say TOYOTA on the rims with a copyright logo also. The center caps upon close inspection are not new, they are more like from 2003 ish. Like I said before, the tires were paid for at 130 a piece, so selling them for just even 80 will still be good because you can't find them that cheap. As for the rims, a little research I will do to see how much I can sell them for.
