bought new wheels and tires off of craigslist. scored them for $900 only 800 miles no real rubbing issues yet. what do you think of them good or bad.

looking at the buldge of the sidewall

id say 16x8 wheels 285/75/16 bfg ATs

eh looking harder, those may be 305s

How would you go about painting the chrome? I'd like to do that on my runner, I'm getting a little sick of the chrome.

I would get it rhino lined or maybe take it to a powder coating place.

Rhino Lining wouldn't look good on just a stock 4runner in my opinion. It's too abrasive.

I would GUESS that powder coating would be less than $125.

they are moto metal 951's

for best results with the rear bumper i would go with a new paintable bumper and have it paint matched.
