for all those that are worried about not reuseing the TPMS sensors in theyre new aftermarket wheels ( you shouldnt be in my opinion) go to HTTP://WWW.tirereview.com/?type=art&id=82767& read the article. it just says the tire dealer or mech. cant disable the light or MIL, (must be functioning) that is part of the safety system not the sensor itself ,bottom line is- you can still run new wheels & tires without the tpms sensors in them. FOR NOW! your state may mandate a change in the future, so watch regulations. if you think you need or want tpms just buy an aftermarket setup ( hella tp400 or orange elecltronics under 200 clams-monitors 7 tires & is reprogramable by you if you change at anytime. sure beats the dealers cost!
