New window + crappy radio reception

Neighbor busted window out of back drivers side over cargo area, reception was instant crap. Got another one installed and reception stll crap. When original window was still in it, no issues at all, but now, its ipod or cds.

I read a thread on here that stated that the antenna was on the pass side, if so what would have caused this issue. And since I have this issue now what do you recommend to fix, maybe a replacement window mount antenna (crutchfield type) or do recommend another type. I'm not by any stretch of the imagination, and audio tech guy.

Got any suggestions?

Both pass and driver's side rear glass are connected.
-Check the connectors, maybe loose
-You might need to inspect the continuity, at the center of each antenna wire(in the glass - see 2nd attachment))

Thanks for the info Borgzman. I noticed on the attachments that they for an 03, mine is an 07 will it still be handled the same way?
