New Year's 4Runner

Just bought my first 4Runner, a 2004 SR5. First owner reupholstered with leather and now I'm enjoying it. Such a sweet truck.

I noticed the front bumper clear coat is coming off in patches. Anyone have a recommendation for a fix, or am I consigned to visiting the local auto painter?
