I usually top off anywhere I can before hitting a trail I know will push my gas tank’s range, but need to get a 5 gal jerry can at some point. Someone school me on the old steel vs newer plastic ones. I know the epa banned the older ones (I believe due to the venting design?) but don’t know which ones have better seals/ spouts and whatnot. I see them on Craigslist occasionally but don’t really know what I’m looking at in regards to price vs performance.

ALL of these are the bad ass ones No EPA Crap...all fast pours.
Pour all 5 gals under 3 mins your arms dont get all tired out from holding up a can for 15 mins.
I can get these for $25 eachnormally $50-60 each


These are $55 each used military plastics ones same as above instead of metal. A guy on Tacoma World deals with these.

Yep the metal ones Miah uses are legit... if you lock your keys in the truck you can use them to get in:thumb:

You can have Miah's welding experiment that's currently on top of my runner. It's two Smitty bilt holders welded together. I've got a dual can holder that will be getting welded onto the new bumper.
