Newb. in Ft.Mac. header questions

Hi all.
I have just moved to Ft. Mac. from New Zealand.
I have just bought an 04T4R SR5 V6. Its ex US and in Edmonton
going through the red tape. I hop to pick it up next week.

I have a few questions about headers.
I was looking at dumping the CATs and was wondering if thats illegal in AB?
Also, can anyone recommend a place in Edmonton to have these installed.
Of course I would get the whole exhaust done at the same time.
