I'm a newbie from the Bay Area and is looking for a 4th Gen. I saw a clean 2005 SR5 with 146,000 miles on it with all the records. I offered the owner $8100 considering his selling price is $9500. Was wondering if any of you guys can help me decide if this is a good buy or not. Any suggestions/recommendations? Any help will be appreciated
