Hi,
I am looking to replace my 2000 Lexus ES300, which is in great condition with only 123,000 miles on it. I would like to buy something with 4wd to tow a small boat I was given and for the MN Winters. I have settled on a 4Runner after doing some research but I don't have much cash to add on top of what I get for the Lexus.
Im not finding much under 150k miles in the $5k-$6k range. I have found a 1998 SR5 with 178k miles with all maintenance records. I have also found a 2003 Limited V8 with 208k.
What would be the best choice? I have read all about reliability of the 4Runners but I guess it feels strange selling a car with 123k miles and replacing it with something with 180k+ miles.
