newbie needs help (Indiana)

Hello all, i just recently bought a 1990 4runner sr5 and it needs the rear half of the frame replaced or some major fabricating.(it has no rear suspension from rust). My question is, does anybody know if there is someone around northeast Indiana that would work on this for me, or does anybody have a good frame for sale?
Any feedback would help!
