Newbie, seat questions '95

Have had a '95 (1 previous owner) for a few months, and cannot find the rear seat release straps that are shown in the owner's manual. I think they were tore off. Any suggestions to fold the seats all the way down?

I had the same thought when I pulled my seats up the first time. "What would happen if these got cut off?!"

I'm going to go get a picture of the release mechanism for you. Be right back.

Alright, well, without using the straps, I couldn't get my hand into the mechanism from any angle to open it. But, a quick fix may be the hinges at the front of the bottom part of the seat. I'd say, unbolt those from the frame, and you may be able to simply pull the seat up and out. Then, install new straps.
