newbie to site an 4runners

Hello newbie here want to introduce myself before asking questions! I have a 97 runner Sr5 has 2 inch lift in front I think it's just just a spacer on top of spring an 3 inch in the rear (different springs). I'm looking for some ideas to do to it. Looking forward to talking with yous.

Before you post asking a question, make sure you go to google and just do a basic search. It's very rare I don't come across a result if I just search "3rd gen 4runner xxxxxx". Otherwise welcome!

And I suggest you get aftermarket shocks/coilovers. I ran a 2" spacer and 3" lift springs exactly like you for 6 months until I could afford shocks, and it made a huge difference in ride quality.

And no, you can leave your running boards on, yes, people will give you a hard time, but you do what works for you. If your significant other wants them, then leave them. I don't have a SO in my life right now, but if she wanted them, I'd put them on. my view

My set up is OME 898 rear springs with Billstein 5100 2" shocks, Sway-A-Way 2.5" adjustable front coil overs (made by Eibach)

Wheels/Tires = 16" MB 352 wheels and BFG ATs 165/75/16

Couldn't be happier with the setup.

I have my running boards on and like them. I'd also like the taller look of not having them, but they're very functional for my short wife, aging parents and 3yr old daughter
